I usually go through the drive-thru with no problem, but today had an issue so I went inside. The associate I spoke to about my issue was pretty rude and condescending when he spoke to me. I am considering changing financial institutions based on this experience. I have had an account with BOA for over 15 years and have never had an experience such as this one. He should not be dealing with customers.
they need to employ more tellers in order to reduce the line of people waiting in line. Even during busy hours after work and on saturdays, only one or two tellers are there.
I have waited for 20 min on the line to deposit money .. only one person working at the desk that is so funny lol
EVERYONE DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERCIA. And do not come to the centreville branch. They literally punish you for not being a bank holder. ANA moves so slow and does not smile nor does she greet her customers. This place has a 2.2 rating for a reason. There is also no privacy. I was disputing why I'm being punished when a customer wrote me a check and she is a Bank of America holder and the manager with her short buzz cut was so loud and disrespectful and in front of a line of people said it's not like you are cashing a 50,000$ check. So disrespectful and never in my life will I ever go with this sick disrespectful slow moving not caring about there customers bank. Remember ANA. ANA ANA ANA ANA ANA ANA. Curly haired front desk lady who moves like a sloth. And the buzz cut manager lady who is loud and disrespectful at this centreville branch.
This branch is the worst, I'd give zero stars if possible. Employees don't care about customers at all. I had a problem with the atm today after it all of a sudden was unable to process my deposit and wouldn't give me my card. One employee was just sitting at his desk (doing nothing literally) almost avoiding questions from customers and just said that the manager would handle it. So useless. All they cared about was going home soon. They just renovated this place but should have closed it if they're going to keep the current employees.
