Went to sunoco for a routine inspection and the employees were rude and unhelpful..if you need any kind of car service done please go see Leander Poe and Eddy at Virginia Tire and Auto on centreville crest lane(one street down)...the people there treat their customers with dignity and respect!
Fast and friendly service. They are honest and will let you know what really needs to get done on your car.
Dropped off car first thing in the morning for an inspection. Called 3 hours later they said it wouldn't be done on time because they "have to take those waiting in line first, it's a law" It's not a law, they are wrong, but couldn't be bothered to verify. Was looking for a new shop to service my car at, will pass due to poor customer service.
I took my car back after my first, great experience with Newgate and I had another great experience. I dropped it off Sunday night just for an emissions test. When I got a message from Jason at 9 AM I feared the worst, because at the last two mechanics I used here in Centreville if they called early it meant they'd found excuses to charge me money for things I didn't need. Otherwise the other shops wouldn't even bother to call me. Jason though had already done the test by 9 AM and just called to let me know it was done!
This gas station is the worst in the area for customer service. Please make sure you never go to this gas station. You will sure be regretful.
