Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Had to take off one star because it is usually too crowded for me to strength train properly. However, there is always an abundance of cardio machines available. Hopefully the new location opening at the Centreville multiplex will help reduce the crowd.
Men's bathroom is not kept up. Floor is dirty and changing rooms are always wet. Not sure why it lacks adequate drainage but it's always wet back there. Only 1 or 2 soap dispensers work...sometimes there is no soap.
We love Planet Fitness as our gym! I like how there are no frills and no intimidation. It is cheap, and always clean. You would think that with a cheap membership, and them touting the no-frills environment, that it would be basic and kind of run-down. But, that is not the case. The equipment (there is a lot!) is always clean and in good condition. The locker rooms are very nice with ample lockers, hanging space, and a few shower stalls. I would recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a serious, distraction-free, and economical gym experience!

I think they need a new manager to make sure things are kept tidy.
Planet Fitness is a fairly new awesome gym. I live closed to the gym and I kept passing by two or three times a week. Finally, I saw the large grand opening, i rush over to see what it looks like, immediately, I asked for someone to take me around and to my surprise what a beautiful gym. The all of the areas are so clean and I felt in love with the gym. I left Gold gym right away. Please give your self a gift and check it out.
I understand this is not a Golds Gym or something more expensive. But there are some basic things that need to be addressed such as cleanliness and making sure bathrooms are well stocked with soap.
This makes me feel belonged to a fitness world family.
Great gym at a wonderful price! Very clean! Nicest planet fitness I've been to and I've been to several.
Personnel and management changes I believe have led to a decline in cleanliness of the gym. Equipment is well maintained. The place could use a good vacuuming as there is pet hair and just dust/dirt where the weights and machines are. Cardiovascular machines seem clean all the time and this is done first thing in the morning since I train 7 days a week at 7am.
I moved to Tysons Corner and was having problem moving my membership to the nearest (falls church) location. I called the Centreville location and spoke with a guy called (Christian). His customer service reception was excellent.
